what is the fastest way you can tell a software tool to register for automatic blogs (for blogger and wordpress) accounts with your list of Blog titles (so you do not have to do it manually)?

I would rather have it automatically since I will be using it again another time. So an automatic software is better for my job.

You'd need to program a script / application in order to do this, if you can't program, you can either learn, or cough up $500-$1,000 to hire a decent freelancer who won't screw you over and take forever.
