You must send new thread or post replay with new thread with include you link, if you comment to dofollow blog, choose blog that have comment luv pluggin, but dont so routine with same keyword or name, coz you will get by akismet anti spam.

Forum posting & commenting and any other technique not have limitation. If you thinking i post 100 forum and 100 comment for site this enough but you are wrong bcz you know in present a lot of competition in all over fields. And if you are bounded with limitation then you cant proper optimization.

That's true, to rank high in SERPs forum postings and blog commenting is not enough, on-page factors too play an important role in that. In order to rank high in SERP you need to increase backlinks to those specific pages using the anchor text (keywords) you want to target. And as suggested by Bloginton, you need to get backlinks from high authority sites, as it will increase your sites authority as well as trust level.

Link building in the relevant sites are helpful for getting quality back links.This doesn't mean that the back links from the other sites are worthless.They are of less quality.So, you need to have more back links to achieve the target.Blogs and forums should be relevant to your site.
