Welcome to the forums!

1. The main page should not be blank when you land on it. If you go to Admin panel --> Products tab you will see your products listed, there is a column where you can enter numbers, they will mean the order of products on the main page. If you leave 0 the product will not show on the main page.

(If you applied the above and there is still nothing on the main page after you refreshed few times, it might be the problem of template files, perhaps you modified anything?)

2. Documentation is a place for Boss Cart Admin Docs, but it is not completed at the moment... and currently whatever you write and save there, it shows in FAQ in admin panel... so you may use it as Admin's personal Notepad
