After having a look it seems one of my problems may be with 'mod_rewrite' as although F2s show it as being used it seems its not, and neither do they allow to their customers to have it enabled![]()

Sadly some hosting company do not allow 'mod_rewrite' and that is crusial to building a search engine friendly shopping cart, you may want to consider changing you hosting company

Had a feeling that was the case.
Problem is we was testing it on our server before setting up the hosting and domain for the website its on.
Oh well guess we could try another server we have which we can edit the settings![]()
