Hello,

Please login to your website panel and clear the MySQL database tables of the Database you're going to use for BossCart install, then start the install again.

If you are upgrating please select 'use existing database structure" in step 2.

In that case. Did you try to check the databse if it really contains the entries that are in the error message?
Also did you try to login from http://yourdomainname.com/installfolder/admin ?

yes, right before i push continue in the installation, the entries are not there. when i push contiue, the entries are created, but it says duplicate. the system appears to be created (client-side) but as i try to logon to admin, the screen comes out blank.

I see, someone had that error before as I recall, the solution was to download the pack again from our site, delete the one from your site and FTP once again, then try the install once more with the clean DB.

It wad either download or FTP error in the files, but went through and works well after all

i dont want to butt in, but i have a clean new download and i get the same errors!
