I'm using AVG Free and think it's a fantastic program. The one thing I have noticed is the amount of critical updates has gone through the roof. I remember not so long ago when critical updates were necessary once or twice a week, now it's almost once or twice per day.

Funny thing is, there seems to be a tremendous decrease in the amount of spyware I'm seeing on my rig yet I'm still browsing the same as before. I guess the only difference being that I'm using Firefox more than I did previously and split my time between IE and Mozilla evenly.

Anyone else notice this?
