Submitted to where?

Some directories will review within hours, some just want an email address and might never get around to it.

It depends on the directory site.. sometimes it takes months or more before they reviewed a certain site..

For dirs, some reviews only takes 2-4 days, but most of them takes at least a week (for some, even months!). For articles, I've experienced reviews within a couple of days after submitting.
