Take suggestion that do not use popular directory script and php base script, because when any script is popular, people put a new site in marketing using that script and there are so many sites/directory by same script that Google will hate that directory see what happen to all php based bid link script, all of them lost PR.

Also, php script will use more resources so choose other script.
