I think a 4 word keyword is not a challenge in the SERPs,
in particular it is not a challenge if there are not more than
2 million competitive links in the index...

try this:
promoted web directory

if you are here on place 1 then you are good...

And please think again about your nonsens proxy... - another question - how old are you?!

Bidding directory and bidding directories are keywords we rank on google, yahoo and msn for either on the 1st page or second page of results and guess what - our directory is not even a bidding directory - laugh or what!

SEO = I would like to think.

Keep plugging away though and remember these keywords are relatively somewhat new so with the correct work you'll be able to rank on 2 keywords like bidding directory etc on the first page.
