Over the last month, we have had lots of issues with 3iX when we found they had changed the registration of some of our domains over to them. When asked, they said this was their policy to protect our identity but we knew what they where up too.

To cut a long story short, 3iX are re-sellers and after some tracking down with a little help of Nominet, we have taken legal action against them. Since this, they made a massive mistake by not only changing my domain registration details but they changed thier details directly with Nominet so any domain registered through them, automatically came to me.

Nominet are fully aware of this and are dealing with it. Please if you have Domains or hosting with 3iX, check your details as you may have the same issue.
