I already downloaded the software but how am I going to install it into my server. In my server, I already have a previous version of cube cart. How do I delete the old software and install the new one?

You may find the user guide at this sub forum of UKWW, the certain thread is this. Basically you will need to remove the hosted cubecart files from the webserver and create a new, or delete every existing table from your current database. If you don't want to spend time with installation, now you still have the opportunity to request the free software installation and when i have free time i will upload the script in 24 hour time period.
