There are various Shopping carts available like Zen Cart, OS Commerce, Cube Cart, E-shop, Virtue Mart, Magento, Presta Shop . These Shopping carts are very easy to built a website on them and they have tutorials as well to create a Online Shop on them. They are available at very cheap prices.
