i think if we use the same keyword/s in one page... isn't that keyword stuffing? i think using it in in the body or in the title is a good thing but if we use if in both i think that's bad

As much as possible avoid using black hat SEO.. This might result of getting penalize or worse - getting banned!..

Avoid putting too much keywords on your site.. This will result to keyword stuffing. Keyword stuffing is one of the black hat magic which results to get penalize.
