Stats are something that I look at too often.

I even have an app on my ipad for checking my google analytics account, and if i'm honest.. I look at them WAY too much, i'm easily distracted i guess, I have the same problem with social media. In this day in age there are just way too many distractions.

I have noticed my productivity go way down since I started looking at my analytics account, it's not good at all!

Stats are ok for getting a general outlook on your sites performance, I but I do agree, if you spend too much time looking at the stats you start to lose the bigger picture on what you are trying to promote or sell.

Sometimes is very good for your confidence to know there are other people that think the same.

In my opinion, statistics must be monitored regularly to know the status. It is crucial to do this cause statistics give a clear picture and then planning can be done more effectively.

I check the statiscs everyday for the ip, bounce rate, PV and also keywords.

i never use stats parameters on my sites

Once a day I also check ... but no more.

I check once after every crawl of search engine I got idea about how much more work I need for my site.
