I have a site that was severely downgraded by Google (this is deserved actually). I have been using some "below the belt" tactics to optimise and promote the site, it worked for many months but finally backfired.

The site went from PR8 to PR3. I have removed most of the possible reasons the site was downgraded but its still flatlining two updates later. I need a pair of fresh eyes to re trace my steps to find out how to revive the site.

I am not expecting this for free (but if any one want to do if for free you are welcomed the fee needs to be affordable.
