I can't tell you any, as I don't follow software that much. I do recall of the Google hype regarding the, "Trusted" program though, and how tons jumped on the, "Google Desktop Search" bandwagon, with blinders on.

Its actually a very good search tool, it will find files you Windows built in search tells you don't have on your computer within a few seconds, though out of years of habit I still use my Windows search tool its when Windows return its can find file message that I remember that hang on, use Google desktop search and within a few minutes the file is there.

I think a minor but like the one pointed out will take Google a few hours to fix. It also affect corporate users not desktop users which are the overwhelming majority users.
