I think Tb has learned a lot in this election battle. he has certainly learned that regardless of what the crime stats may say, the public perception of crime is that it is worse, and that the MAIN concern is about thuggish and loutish behaviour of Chavs.

The steets are being taken over by this scumm, and the police are going to have to sort it out, the government have to sort it out, and make the streets safe to walk around again.

I think we need to use home detention curfew more aggressively (tagging) if people cause trouble when they are out, then keep them in! Not really rocket science is it lol
