I wonder if anyone still use netscape...
Here are some of the features of the new Netscape 8 (If any one still use Netscape)
Netscape 8.0 warns you if you come across possible spyware sites, and automatically configures its settings to help protect you.
• Tabbed browsing has been expanded so you can open all of your favorite web sites in one window automatically.
• New Passcard Manager remembers all your screen names and passwords and can auto-fill that information on sites.

I like the Tabbed enabled browser it affords the opportunity to open more windows but I am not really sure that the passcard manager might not be exploited by some sore person in the future.
Firefox is up to 8% now![]()
Looks like a mere 2% to me. I'm sure M$ is shaking in their shoes.

I didn't know Netscape was still around.
If you're targetting to the U.S, target to M$ IE Oh, and 99.999999% of CPA deals target to the US, so don't worry about FF, concentrate on IE.

The thing that struck me about the info I read on the new Netscape was the fact that it uses both Firefox and IE engines to render pages. You can set in the options for it to load certain sites in one or the other or get it to choose automatically. That seems to me to mean that if a site is poorly written then it loads it with IE, otherwise it uses FF.
Incidentally the last stats I read for Firefox were just over 10%

What I found amazing about FireFox is how many webmasters are adding a link to firefox and recommending it, its spreading line "wild fire" on the next.

Yup, it's spreading alright. But just like flu season, it'll come to screaching halt.
Also, if I had based everything (or anything) on <cough>, "advice" from sites such as, "clickz", I'd have a day job right now.
