Does anyone have the telephone number or trading address of Flashmint?

They are a totally anonymous company - no trading address, phone, or even access to who they are in their domain registration (it is through a company preventing access to details). The reason for my question is they have 112 US dollars of mine (via PayPal) and refusing to deliver goods. This is because they are disputing my address. They are also not answering emails. They asked for my phone number to discuss the case but have not called. I don't have their number so contact is impossible.

Needless to say I am now raising this with PayPal. However, and most important: when trading with anyone, buyers should have an address and phone number of the company they are dealing with in-case of dispute. It is totally wrong to trade without any reference as to where you are, who you are, what your trading address is etc - as when there's a dispute the company can simply pull up the shutters. It really is not a very nice way to do business and in many countries people are not allowed to trade anonymously like this.
