Phone and the net finally converging?
With the launch of Carphone Warehouse residential phone that uses your broadband connection to reduce your phone bill and BT'S fusion, a mobile telephone that does the same. Internet and telephony are finally converging. I wonder if any webmaster here is already using this service and what do you think of it; good quality, poor quality?

Does Talk Talk operate over your net connection?
I spent some time looking through their website but I couldn't see any mention of it being over IP, but I couldn't see how it could be so cheap otherwise.
I think BT Fusion is a brilliant idea. It would be especially useful for me as I get hardly any mobile signal at home. Fortunately I'm moving soon.

I don't quite remember where I read it but Its bundled with broadband and my understanding was that some of the traffic is routed via IP rather than regular landline
