The legal dispute is over alleged misrepresentation
A business listings website set up by a father and daughter in the UK has been threatened with legal action by directory firm Yell.
Yellowikis was set up in 2004 by Paul Youlten and 14-year-old Rosa Blaus, from Sussex, to let anyone create or amend a listings page.
The website has almost 5,000 listings for firms around the world.

yeah, but I think they may be worth too little for yellow pages to sue them for profit. Usually in cases like this the smaller website just changes the webpages to make them legal.
