Temi, I guess that PR7 value was displayed by an older dc. Not all of those datacenters show the updated PR. And about your directory. Before the PR export many sites can be seen as a PR0, mines also

Thanks for that info Bagi, yes, I have experienced this before, when a page drops PR and after the final update the PR goes back to what it was before, fingers crosse.
Regarding the PR8 link I think its actually list PR, I checked it using multi data centre PR checker and page strenght checker, the PR seem to have dropped but I pay for the link monthly so I will go and renegotiate with the vendor after the final PR update.
This is one of the reasons I don't like paying for PR based link for long time for example 6 months or 1 year like some vendors always wants.

It usually happen every 3 months or so, no definate start date or completion date, it usually happens over a few days, 1 week max but this is not written in stone
