Probably find most webmasters dislike Flash, technically it's not browser compatible although it's more of a historical thing, probably nearly everyone has it now and is common place.

I can't really help either, I can only do basic ads in Flash, but here are some links you might like:

Just to share my personal experience here. hope it be beneficial to all forum member here.
