I can't see any changes on any PR0 sites I know of unfortunately.
I do see a couple of datacentres down however.

Temi, i can imagine that there is an update in the air. You have far more sites as i have, and the new values spread is waves, but usually the backlink export precede the PR update and i haven't seen any changes concerning backlinks.

Yes, google did some upgrade. They give some pages to 7 as a gift of 7/7/7 date.
