My oldest site - please review

Since I`ve already got some very worthwhile feedback from some members which helped me to make a few changes to one of my other sites, I thought I`d start a thread on each of my other two.

I added a header now to all of them, so, please let me have any suggestions about how I can further improve the site.

Just had a good click around on the site - love the header, the skin is brilliant for the theme, and everything works really well. Help desk is really useful, it is easy to find products, although sometimes I felt a bit overwhelmed with the huge number of products (a good thing in many ways though)
I was trying to find fault to offer an improvement idea, but I can't really!
