How to setup RSS?

Anyone know how I can setup RSS for my directory Z Web Directory?

Imran, i use the same script, but different template. Esyndicate provides this feature, but it seems that the template doesn't support it.

So the only way around this is to change the template which I really like

Does RSS make a big difference when it comes to SEO?
