Google checkout is the mutts nutts Temi. I am currently working on implimenting it into a couple of sites for clients. PLUS if you are using adwords, then it is likely to be the lowest cost alternative also.
Anyone here using Google Checkout yet? I use it to pay a merchant for the first time today, its exchange range compared with PayPal is excellent, I am converted.

Google Checkout can now be used by people in the US, and the UK. I assume this would mean that UK residents can own a site primarily aimed at buyers in the US and therefore be able to accept payments in US$.
In other words can I sign up here in the UK with my UK bank, but take payments on my sites which are geared towards America?
Looks good to go then, thanks temi.![]()
Hmm, I signed up with Google Checkout, but when I got to the page to retrieve my HTML code I noticed that the pricing for products is displayed in ££`s, whereas on my sites I need it in $$`s.
Not much use for people running sites which are aimed at markets in other countries is it?
Checkout works in dollars and pounds but can accept 17 currencies with conversion to either.
When I go to `Tools` then select from `Buttons` and put in a description etc the only currency which is shown is in £s. There doesn`t seem to be a choice, which I assume is because my verification details were used with UK bank info etc.
How do I get to select another currency when creating the HTML code?
Ah I c, yep you can only have one currency per account, and if you try to change it, it will fail. Currency is normally set in your home currency.
Anybody got any experience (godd or bad) transfering revenue into UK Bank Accounts yet ?
