Valueing Domains ?

How do you put a value on domains ?

Reason i ask is that ive got a PR5 .com that im having to sell , i brought it with the expectation of putting a site on there but now just havent got the time.

It hasnt got many back links but is valid PR5 and is 2 years old ish, what kind of value should i look for ?

It all depends on the name, how brandable it is, how long is the name, is it easy to use for more than one niche...

Is it on the live site? Can you pm url if you don't want to post it here and also the price you would like to get for it.

Thanks brian, i know about that tool and Smart PageRank - check & monitor PR but they are only a guide and not true value

Well that's all you can get. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Now what are you willing to pay for it and thats what it's worth. Because if someone wants to buy it you have your price already set.
