The aspect of the code i found silly is this: $newpagerank=rand(0, 10); its basically saying either the site is PR0 or givent PR10, that is very funny.

What i'm getting is that anyone listed at 45n5.com/top100/ gets a random pr between 0 and what they had before and everyone else gets a random pr between 0 and 10 !!!
