The subjects of Dieting and Nutrition, as subtopics of the "Health" topic, are always big in the West. If you were to post about these subtopics consistently, I believe that you would never lack for an audience or revenue.

There are many health and fitness programs out there, such as Insanity that you can get an affiliate link for. I would suggest if you are serious about it then pick a program, follow it and stick to it, then blog your progress, once people see the before and after pictures they will be sold. For this to work though you need to stick to the program and most importantly to stick to the diet, as this is actually where more of the improvement is gained.

1 way is adsense and second is advertisement/.

If website gets more hits(traffic) then you can use adsense, and affiliate programs to monetize it otherwise impossible to earn thru blog.
