Continues promotion can help you with the rankings.
Look for the quality backlinks.. try link exchange..
You need to target a selection of key phrases appropriate to your site. Use them in page titles, descriptions, img alts/titles and aim for approx 5% keyword/keyphrase density for them. Then create some backlinks and use your keywords/phrases in the anchor text.
If you are still struggling to get on page 1 after a month or two then try and choose less competitive keywords/phrases.
Flex, SERP is always important than PR. So just continue your link building work with those selected keyword and also do some research on them.
Most of the people (site owners, SEO specialists) say that they don't care about PR anymore.. They just focus on they targeted keywords to get to top rankings than to get higher PR value..
i think having a good doesn't mean that you will have a good SERP also.... i think focus more on your keywords and making an article and blogs can help you in your SERP ranking![]()

I believe Page rank is not a parameter in anything. I believe Google's SERPs algorithm is a separate entity from Page Rank. My belief is Google has one algorithm that generates Page Rank and another that produces SERPs. They may share logic and use the same numerical data but are separate entities nevertheless.
