PR has no value. PR has nothing to do with SERP rankings. Even Google has removed PR from its webmaster tool. Try to refine your content. Thats enough.

I wouldn't become too focused on improving your PageRank.

Concentrate instead on writing good quality content and attracting visitors to your site. PR is all about vanity, but it's surely sales that count.
