It depends why its been blacklisted...

If you've been doing Black Hat stuff, accept defeat, let it go and start again (or give up!)

If you're innocent of any wrongdoing, contact Google. They will, eventually lift the ban but it might take a while...

It's better to start again as if you have been black listed, you have no chance to get out of it. Google has thought that you have done something illegal.

    Default Google Webmaster Tools works!

If you have Google webmaster tools created to your site you can easily analyze the problem! If not create an account and verify errors!! Let me know what you find in those errors.

But what is a "good link"?

It's like that crappy "bad neighborhood" stuff that's talked about. What the hell is a bad neighborhood, and who gives Google the right to decide that?
Fleshlight, Fleshjack and more Sex Toys at great prices - from a UK site exclusively for Blokes.

Find out why you've been penalised.

    Fix the problem(s).

Make sure your site is squeaky clean.

    Submit a re-consideration request.

Be warned: this can be a long process. You need to be sure that you've identified and addressed all the problems.

    Wrong.

If you have done something wrong that has triggered a penalty, you can put it right and submit a reconsideration request.
