Yes, after read your post just now checked. yes i cant install the tool bar for my chrome browsers. why it will happen?
but I'm using individual PR plugins. when I'm going to open that URL that URL also not open.

Install PR toolbar is now available.

i prefer firefox there are plenty of helpful tools and ad ons

The clue is in the name Google Chrome doesn't accept the Google Toolbar because IT IS ALREADY GOOGLE!

Go to Tools>Extensions>Get More Extensions>Developer Tools and take your pick

now it can be installed in google chrome very easily
