i can not see my avatar on posts

i can see other members avatars but i can not see mine. i can see it on my profile page but not on posts.why can it be?

it is 100*100 pixels. i tried gif and jpg. you can see my avatar : addlinkurl profile . i can see on my public profile but not here. should i have more posts?
