Signature should be editable after 10 posts.

It's in your User CP > Edit Signature

Also you would have to edit options (still in CP) - check box "Show signatures"

I forgot the rules until recently and have now corrected my sig links to show three - is the magic number.

I love that (stock_post = 4 links) .... ban him now!

I have 13 posts (14 posts now after this post),
and still can't edit my siggy.

And if i try to visit /profile.php?do=editsignature manually,
i get a notice :

Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature.

So, can you fix this, please ?

a) Enabled Show Signatures
b) Logged out

Logged in - No User CP > Edit Signature visible
