How's the support?
I've tried using various oscommerce released (Zencart and CRE Loaded 6.0) but find their support very lacking.
With my cart I have some specific needs and would like everyones opinion on the support they get here.
Is feedback from the developers good and on time?
Are bug reports fixed and released quickly?
How often are updates released?
Have you had problems getting your suggestions coded?

Look at the number of questions asked then look at the combined owner / moderator posts (26 in total)
the support is NON EXISTENT and the programme needs a little bit of prior knowledge to install.
the instructions are not clear because they want you to pay 50.00 to get them to install it.
if you cant work this out for yourself then DO NOT USE IT
