I'm have the same problem here although I'm not sure if its just that I'm not understanding the installation proceedure lol

I've uploaded the .pl & .db to my cgi-bin and the form to my root directory (no customization yet) everything is chmod 777

I have updated the form to read:

<form action="http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/igwhois.pl" method="POST">

.

What did I miss? please, anyone?
