In hope of expanding our talent pool, we are seeking highly-motivated individuals, with or without experience, to participate in our affiliate challenge. Candidates will target worldwide English speaking newsletter subscribers. Working from anywhere in the world, the winner of the challenge will be rewarded for performance results (up to €100 per sale) during the competition plus receive bonuses commissions’ equivalent to 10% of our monthly subscriptions income for the next 12 months guaranteed. Full time job position contract as affiliate manager may be also offered to the winner depending on challenge results.


Selection Process
1. Applications will be received until 1st May, 2010 at 11:59pm GMT time.
2. On 2nd May we will publicly announce the candidates who have been selected to participate in the first phase of the challenge. Selected candidate will be provided with access to links information and live stats control panel.
3. Starting from the morning of 3rd May till 5th June 2010 11:59pm GMT, candidates will be required to promote Mowster Newsletter through links and tracking codes in their sites, in emails or in other Internet listings. Subscription sale price will cost €20 for a year during this period.
4. On the 6th of June, we will publicly announce the best 5 candidates who referred the most number of subscribers during the first phase and 2 runners-up in case of any of the announced ones decide to quite the challenge.
5. The second phase of the challenge will be held from 7th June to 31st July 11:59pm GMT. The top 5 candidates will compete for 8 weeks, promoting the newsletter at the regular market price of €200 for a year’s subscription.
6. Candidate with the highest ratio number of affiliates will be the winner of the challenge. Result will be announced on 1st September 2010!


Benefits
1. Financial rewards
After the first phase results with approved sales:
- €10 per sale, commission paid to the candidate with the highest number of valid subscribers
- €1 per sale, commission paid to the rest of the candidates
- Candidates with over 10 sales will receive one year free newsletter subscription
After the second phase with approved sales:
- €100 per sale, commission paid to the candidate with the highest number of valid subscribers
- €40 per sale, commission paid to the others 4 candidates
Winner will benefit from bonuses equivalent to 10% of our subscriptions income paid monthly, regardless of how they subscribe the newsletter.

Requirements

. Be able to understand, speak and write English fluently

. Highly organized and efficient time management
. Demonstrate ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner
. Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus, but it is not required.
