Or other websites.. with a PR 1 or more, That is Indexed by Google and is trusted...

I prefer not to buy links, as google does not like it, and i prefer to save money and keep it within the business.

Advertising through Google Ad's is my next option but i would like to get a high PR first.

So i am looking to get 100+ links back to my site.

I will have all returned links; Catorgorized neatly on my site , so it still looks Semi- Proffesional.

Yes of course yes.. You must make or build a your site first, or buy a site, for you to able to make an exchange link.

you don't have a site and you want to have link exchange? Well, I guess the best thing you could do is to find Search Engine Marketing Firms. I believe it would help..
