submit same article to many directorys?

But is submitting the same article to different directories going to make a difference or does Google consider that to be bad practice.

Its better to submit one article to one site.You have different articles but thew link is going to your site.So, if you will post more articles in one site, then it may cause problem.Posting different articles will also be more beneficial.

It would be fine if you will submit same article only on few quality article directories.If you can do,then you should modify your article before submitting it on every article directory.

Press releases generally stay the same and get posted on many sites, my company releases 3 versions of very press release, and different languages, all which bring in traffic.

If you are trying to fool Google then you are trying to fool yourself..Its useless...Google need fresh and unique content..Give unique and get ranking..
