Some webmasters own multiple sites and try to build up one of their specific sites by offering link exchanges from their other sites. In doing this they add a link to you on their other site and get you to link to the main site they are trying to build up.

It's considered to be blackhat SEO and you can have very sad results and consequnces after doing all this.

3 way linking is dangerous, but good for blackhat seo, just do if you want to manage many spam sites.

three way link building is all about if you have three domain, and they are having same niche and theme,, and they exchange links with each others, like they make a circle with each other...
