I have a non-English health (psychology) website where I can sell links. The site has PR4 (expecting 5 soon) and it is listed in DMOZ, Google directory and Yahoo directory, just to mention a few.

I am willing to sell a link to a serious webmaster. The price is $300 for an entire year.
