It would be nice to introduce yourself first before advertising. But this being a webmaster site I do not think its the best place to advertise web design services

I don't know such forum on top of my head .... I design websites too but most of my business come from people completing website enquiry from my website. Perhaps you should put a bit of effort into promoting your website, good luck,
