Actually with Yahoo and Google its really not necessary so submit a site, their crawler is to quick it will find your site by itself but you need to have l few links pointing to your site from a site already index by Yahoo so that Yahoo bots find you.

Actually your site is in Yahoo, I did a search for "the net addicts" see the Yahoo result in the attached image, your site is number 5 in Yahoo for the said keyword

I am sure Yahoo visits yoursite regularly, if you look at your site logs you will see Yahoo bots signature.
