Also they have moved their old domain live.com to bing.com by using 301 redirection. 301 passes anchor text and link juice.Matt cutts says that clearly in one of his videos.

right. microsoft just change their domain name and use 301 direct so that it would not affect their backlinks and still get a high pagerank

At Alfred, Ya man Google's PR is 10. I thing that deserve to get 10 PR, the most using search engine is Google in whole world except few countries like China.

That's surprising for me as Bing is still a new site and it has achieved PR 9 in quite a short time.
