Bing dropped me like a bad habit
Used to be #1 on there for certain key words. I made some routine content changes that seemed to helped me on google but now I'm nowhere to be found on Bing. Badda bing...poof... disappeared.

What contrary just happen to me, I keep my rank on Bing while drop on Google for some keywords after I made some changes on my sites.

It will happen most of the times. And don't worry bout it because. Bing gives you only less than 10% of the organic traffic. So be happy!!
