Gents, I have seen how regular members get irritated by Spam, I find it extremely irritating too but I cannot always be online to remove it immediately, for this reason I have made very senior forum members such as Paul, OWG and Crowbird moderators so that if they find a Spam or a post that that is not particularly beneficial to your forum (Yes, its your forum) please take the appropriate action.
If moderator power is not enough to do what you want to do, please contact Duke or I.
