    Default New Linux Arrivals

You can almost set your watch by it nowadays: Twice a year, we have a new version of Ubuntu Linux to explore.

April will bring the release of Feisty Fawn, also known as Ubuntu 7.04. (The "04" indicates April; the "7" stands for 2007.) I've been running prerelease versions of Feisty for about a month. In a moment, some notes on what I've discovered. But first, a bit of context and history.

I'm running Edgy Eft (6.10) and can't wait for Feisty.
I've been using Linux for more than 10 years now, Ubuntu for 2 years and I'm more than satisfied.

I'm a semi-linux convert. That means I'm on the edge of converting but can't do it yet until I change my ISP from AOL and change my gaming habits!

I'm waiting until I go to University this year, but that's assuming I get into one where I have to move away!

KUbuntu is my choice, I can't get along with Gnome. Its still as good
