When I wake up in the morning, and begin my day, I will either
brew a fresh pot of "just ground" Starbucks beans, or open my
16.6 ounce Red Bull, and then begin work. I know that for some,
caffeine is an addiction- and that's usually why I choose
to have an energy drink (less caffeine than coffee, but more
B vitamins and Taurine and such...).
So what do you all drink at the start of your day?

I am heavily hooked up on coffee. I can not do anything until I get my morning dose of caffeine and than at least 10 more cups through the day...

I just drink water or some juice in the morning. That is all. No coffee, nothing else...
Hey Darkstar, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you?
When I was younger (I've just turned forty), I didn't "need" the caffeine boost either :tongue:
Okay, well then its explainable. I am only 19 years old. I just want to keep it this way, not to smoke not to drink coffee. And I do hope I will manage to be active enough even when I will be older

cartilage, I can't run with my two German Shepherds anymore
